Adidas and Asos Team Up Again for the Season's Sharpest Athleisure Drop

The Adidas Originals x Asos collaboration is back for round four, and this time the partnership is going bigger. The new collection tackles transitional dressing with a fresh menswear capsule alongside an expanded womenswear lineup, arriving July 30 exclusively on Asos.com.

This marks the first time Asos and Adidas have designed specifically for men, a move that reflects growing momentum in the athleisure category. The timing is deliberate. "For this chapter, we focused on a moment we know is important to our customer," explained Asos executive vice president Vanessa Spence. "The point in the season when they're making the most of summer while looking ahead to what's next."

The womenswear collection merges Asos' trend-forward sensibility with Adidas' athletic credibility, resulting in pieces that feel current without abandoning sportswear DNA. The signature 3-Stripes motif gets paired with preppy plaids, stripes, embroidery, and unexpected finishes in lace and satin. Think power shoulders, dropped waists, and soft structure reshaping familiar athletic silhouettes into something distinctly more directional.

Beyond the expected tracksuit separates and windbreakers sits a more adventurous range. Oversized blazers, peplum tops, funky mini skirts attached to track pants, collared polos, funnel-neck jackets, vests, and jumpsuits fill out the offering. Prices span $45 to $150, making it easy to mix and match full outfits without breaking the bank.

The collection carries the energy of a culture that has fully embraced sporty fashion. Boxer Ramla Ali models the capsule, underscoring its athletic authenticity at a moment when soccer jerseys and team merch dominate casual style.

Author Jessica Williams: "This collection gets the formula right: actual wearability meets real style ambition, and hitting both targets at under $150 makes it worth the wait."
