Square Enix Celebrates Final Fantasy Milestones with Fresh Merch Collection at Amazon

Square Enix is marking significant anniversaries for two beloved Final Fantasy titles with a new merchandise line now available at Amazon. Final Fantasy IV reaches 35 years this year, while Final Fantasy X, the PlayStation 2 classic, hits its 25th anniversary.

The anniversary collection spans clothing, drinkware, and phone accessories, each featuring custom artwork commissioned for the occasion. Designs come from Tetsuya Nomura, whose anniversary art appears across multiple product categories in both lines.

Final Fantasy X's new offerings include t-shirts, long sleeves, and crew neck sweaters showcasing rendered artwork of Tidus and Yuna. The pieces come in small through XXL sizes with color options including black, white, red, blue, and grey. Beyond apparel, Nomura's anniversary designs appear on a stainless steel coffee tumbler, water bottle, and phone case.

The Final Fantasy IV collection expands the clothing selection to include pullover and zip hoodies alongside standard tees and long sleeves. The exclusive anniversary art depicts Cecil in his Paladin form and Rydia, the summoner, holding a Bomb enemy. The drinkware and phone case feature pixel art representing the full roster of recruitable party members players encounter throughout the game.

Both lines showcase the visual identity that defined each era of Final Fantasy, blending modern renderings with retro pixel art depending on the product and design choice. The merchandise offers fans a way to commemorate the games' longevity while accessing exclusive artwork tied specifically to these milestone celebrations.

Author Emily Chen: "It's smart merchandising to capitalize on these anniversaries with quality pieces, but the real draw here is Nomura's fresh artwork, which gives longtime fans something genuinely new to collect."
