IGN Live returns June 6-7 with a packed two-day extravaganza bringing together gaming announcements, celebrity appearances, exclusive reveals, and live entertainment. The event kicks off in downtown Los Angeles at MAGIC BOX at THE REEF, though fans worldwide can tune in remotely via livestream.
Saturday's stream starts at 12pm PT (3pm ET, 8pm BST), while Sunday begins at 9:30am PT (12:30pm ET, 5:30pm BST). The livestream reaches viewers across multiple platforms: IGN.com, YouTube, Steam, Facebook, Twitter/X, Twitch, IGN's mobile apps, and gaming news outlets Eurogamer, VG247, and Rock Paper Shotgun. In-person tickets remain available for those heading to Los Angeles.
Celebrity guests already announced include the Jackass crew with Steve-O, Poopies, Jasper, and Wee Man appearing live on stage. Big Brother host Julie Chen Moonves will celebrate the show's 1000th episode. WWE Superstars Bronson Reed and Kevin Owens are scheduled for special appearances, and actor Sung Kang will discuss his film Drifter.
Television and film get substantial coverage. Avatar: The Last Airbender star Gordon Cormier and executive producers Christine Boylan and Jabbar Raisani will discuss the Netflix series' second season. Critical Role brings The Legend of Vox Machina Season 4. Tatiana Maslany talks about her Apple TV show Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed (premiering May 20). Additional entertainment includes panels on Cape Fear, Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, and The Terror: Devil in Silver, plus a Rick and Morty showcase with voice actors Ian Cardoni and Harry Belden.
Gaming dominates the agenda with major publishers and developers confirmed. Xbox will host developer interviews and a watch party. Control Resonant's Creative Director Mikael Kasurinen shares updates on the anticipated title, while Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis star Alix Wilton Regan takes viewers behind the scenes. The Wizards of the Coast team breaks down new Magic: The Gathering cards. A Dead by Daylight collaboration special looks at the Jason Universe crossover. Webtoon presents a live character design session, and IDW Comics hosts a Star Trek 60th Anniversary panel.
The indie and mid-tier lineup is massive. Announced projects span Arknights: Endfield, Diablo Immortal, Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy and Rogue Trader, Gothic Remake, PowerWash Simulator 2, Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, Warframe: Jade Shadows Constellations, and dozens more including Poppy Playtime, Bellwright, Cronos: Lazarus, Flock Off, Soul Walker, and Tanuki. Publishers including THQ Nordic, Ubisoft, and 2K have confirmed participation, and ID@Xbox brings multiple playable titles to the floor.
Voice acting talent adds star power, with Roger Craig Smith and Patricia Summersett (known for Sonic, Batman, Legend of Zelda, and Star Wars Outlaws) making appearances. Television crossover guests include Asif Ali and Saagar Shaikh from Hulu's Deli Boys.
The full schedule and additional reveals are coming closer to the event, so fans should check back regularly for updates. This marks the follow-up to last year's IGN Live 2025, which set the precedent for the scale and scope attendees can expect.
Author Emily Chen: "This roster screams ambition, but IGN's real test will be whether the pacing and production actually let major announcements breathe, or if the celebrity cameos overshadow the games that gamers actually care about."
