Diablo IV, SMT V Vengeance headline May's Humble Choice bundle at $14.99

PC gaming's reputation for steep discounts just got another boost. Humble Bundle has launched its May 2026 selection with eight games totaling $282 in retail value compressed into a subscription priced at $14.99, a pricing structure that underscores why PC remains the platform for bargain hunters.

The lineup opens with Diablo IV, Blizzard's demonic action RPG that earned a 9 out of 10 from IGN. The game's recent Lord of Hatred expansion likely prompted its inclusion here, though that content isn't bundled. The base game offers substantial playtime and runs smoothly on Steam Deck, delivered through Battle.net codes rather than Steam.

Equally notable is Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, the updated entry in the long-running JRPG series that originally spawned the Persona franchise. This version adds new story content and quality-of-life improvements to the 2021 Switch original, which arrived on multiple platforms in 2024. Players take on the role of a high schooler trapped in a war between angels and demons across the post-apocalyptic realm of Da'at. IGN rated it 8 out of 10.

The remaining six games span multiple genres. Crysis 3 Remastered delivers first-person shooting, while Heroes of Hammerwatch II offers rogue-lite action RPG gameplay. Nordhold serves up tower defense mechanics, Rogue Waters tackles tactical turn-based strategy, Cubic Odyssey focuses on survival crafting, and Mini Settlers rounds out the selection as a city-building title. The variety makes this bundle an effective gateway into unfamiliar genres without financial risk.

Every subscription includes a one-month IGN Plus membership, which grants access to free games, unlimited use of IGN maps, and ad-free browsing. Humble Choice subscribers also receive 10 to 20 percent discounts on other Humble Store purchases, with the discount increasing for those who maintain longer subscription streaks. Subscribers can cancel immediately after claiming this month's games without penalty.

Five percent of all May subscription revenue goes to the Melanoma Research Alliance.

Author Emily Chen: "This bundle proves once again that patient PC gamers can assemble a year's worth of entertainment for less than a full-price console release, particularly when titles like Diablo IV still have years of play left in them."
