Jurassic World Evolution 3 Lands on Game Pass With Spacer's Choice in Late May Blitz

Microsoft is loading up Xbox Game Pass with a fresh batch of titles heading into early June, highlighted by two major releases that should pull in both franchise fans and RPG enthusiasts.

Frontier's Jurassic World Evolution 3 arrives on June 2, following its October 2025 launch on other platforms. The same day brings Final Fantasy VI to the service. A few days earlier on May 27, Obsidian Entertainment's The Outer Worlds: Spacer's Choice Edition joins Game Pass, giving subscribers access to the enhanced remaster of the sci-fi RPG.

The second half of May reads quieter than the first, with Forza Horizon 6 having already hit the subscription service earlier in the month. Still, Microsoft is stacking the calendar with a wave of day-one releases aimed at different player tastes.

Four titles launch directly into Game Pass on their release day. Luna Abyss, a bullet hell action adventure from Kwalee Labs, drops May 21. Cococucumber's Echo Generation 2, a sci-fi deckbuilding RPG sequel, arrives May 27. Aggro Crab's Crashout Crew, a physics-based party game built for chaotic multiplayer sessions, launches May 28. Rounding out the day-one additions is Doot's Kabuto Park, a tiny bug collection game hitting May 28.

The broader slate spans multiple platforms. May 20 marks the arrival of Dead Static Drive, My Friend Peppa Pig, Pigeon Simulator, Remnant II, and Winter Burrow. Escape Simulator joins on May 26.

The tier structure varies across titles. Some games, like Final Fantasy VI and Jurassic World Evolution 3, are available across Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass. Others, including Luna Abyss and Echo Generation 2, are limited to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass tiers.

On the departure side, five games are exiting Game Pass on May 31. Against the Storm, Crypt Custodian, Metaphor: ReFantazio, Persona 4 Golden, and Spray Paint Simulator will no longer be available to subscribers. Microsoft typically offers discounts to purchase these titles for those wanting to continue playing.

The timing of these additions comes just before Microsoft's Xbox showcase on June 7, when the company is expected to unveil additional Game Pass announcements and upcoming releases.

Author Emily Chen: "Jurassic World Evolution 3 and Spacer's Choice Edition are solid adds, but the real win here is that day-one release strategy hitting multiple genres in one week."
